The organization listed on the account should be the one prepared to provide the tax-deductible donation tax receipts for donor companies. That is because all "matches" are tracked to provide donor companies with a list of all donations at the end of the year, complete with recipient organization information that they may use for tax deduction purposes. The organization listed is responsible for being able to provide such receipts and documentation as needed.
If you are a committee member or someone working on behalf of a partner organization that does not have an email address at the beneficiary organization, it is helpful for verification purposes to include your contact there as a cc: email address on the nonprofit application.
