An Authorized User of a DonationMatch Nonprofit account is someone the main Nonprofit profile owner authorizes to access the organization's activity. This can range from view-only access to being able to solicit in-kind donations through DonationMatch for events you separately manage.
The types of Nonprofit Users are:
- Nonprofit Profile Owner (default for validated Nonprofit accounts): Created/can update the Nonprofit Profile, add events, and solicit donations for the organization
- Nonprofit Viewer: Can only see the activity of the Nonprofit Profile that invited you and receive the same activity alert emails they do.
- Event Coordinator: Can add your own events and solicit donations for them on behalf of the authorizing organization only
To access the DonationMatch account, visit the login page at https://my.donationmatch.com and use the "Forgot Your Password?" link with the email address to which the invitation was sent. This will trigger the system to send you an email that allows you to set up a password.
