"Pending receipt" means that the donor company will be shipping the item to you, and your shipping address on your event profile was provided to the company as soon as the match was confirmed.
If your event is approaching and you still have not received the item, you may want to send the company a message to ask about its status, which can be done by finding the match record in "Match Activity" and clicking on it. This opens the record and gives you direct message options toward the top:
