You may see that an item with the status of "Canceled" if:
- A donor company changed their mind and canceled an offer.
- Limited quantities were available and already claimed by others first.
- You reached your limit for approved requests as a free/starter level member, and the request was put on hold.
- Your event's Donation Deadline or event date passed before a response from the company was received.
If your event has not yet happened, your event deadline has not yet been reached, and you reached your free account limit, you can reactivate all requests made prior to reaching the limit by upgrading your event or organization--the Upgrade Options" tab or visiting "My Events" and clicking on the Upgrade button next to your event name will show you upgrade options.
To extend the amount of time you are able to receive offers and wait for request responses, you may change the Donation Deadline for your event within its profile. If the event date was postponed and it is already past the original event date, please contact us at support@donationmatch.com so we can assist you.
