CANCELING AN ACCEPTED OFFER
Sometimes you realize after the fact that an offer you accepted is not a good fit, or perhaps your event was canceled. Canceling a specific package or all matches for an event is as simple as emailing us at support@donationmatch.com with your organization name, event name/date, and the package(s) to be canceled. We'll help you from there!
CANCELING A REQUESTED ITEM

Items that were originally requested, then approved by the donor company, can be canceled by a nonprofit account by looking for the "Cancel Request" button in the item's match record (through Match Activity > Matched) below the item status information. Please keep in mind that canceling matches can affect future relationships with the donors with whom you cancel requested items, as an engagement history is viewable when responding to future requests. Also, once an approved item is canceled, you will not be able to request it again for the same event.
